2. How can i return a product?
Please contact our email service support@woofshield.com , we will send you the shipping address.
3. Can i cancel my order?
Absolutely! To cancel your order, simply shoot us an email at support@woofshield.com along with your order number and your cancellation request. We’ll take care of it for you!

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once a tracking number is generated, the order cannot be cancelled.
4.Can items be exchanged?

1.How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping (USA): $8 USD. Canada: $10 USD. Free shipping on orders over $69!
2.How long does it take to ship my order?
Once we receive your order it usually takes 2-3days to get it ready to ship out.
Standard shipping express takes around 12-15days.

1.I'm not sure which size should i buy.
Woof Shield have many different clothes brands, so you must be careful with different size choosing. Before you order any items, pls kindly check your pet’s size and weight carefully, compare with product size chart.

We recommend sizing up if your dog is between two sizes.

1. My package is marked as delivered but I did not receive it
Wait 2-3 more business days. Sometimes packages are marked delivered early.
2. Haven’t received my order yet
Order MIA? That’s wild! Shoot us a message at support@woofshield.com, and we’ll sort it out. We’ll dig into what went wrong and might need to file a claim with the delivery service. We’ve got your back!
