At WoofShield, we want shopping with us to feel simple and worry-free. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for pet apparel that has been worn, used outdoors, or is no longer in resalable condition.
Custom or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Wrong Size? No Worries.
We understand that finding the perfect fit for your dog isn’t always easy.
For eligible size-related requests reported within 30 days of delivery, we may not require you to return the item.
Instead, we may ask you to:
- Send us a photo of the item.
- Tell us what size you originally ordered and what size you need.
Depending on the situation, we’ll offer one of the following solutions:
- Store credit
- Partial refund
- Replacement at a discounted cost
- Another fair solution determined by our customer support team
If a return is not required, we encourage you to keep the item, pass it along to another pet owner, or donate it to a local animal shelter whenever possible.
This policy is designed to reduce unnecessary shipping, minimize waste, and help more pets in need.
Standard Returns
If your order doesn’t qualify for our size assistance program and you wish to return it for another reason, the following conditions apply:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Orders that qualified for free shipping (over $69) will have an $8 shipping fee deducted from the refund.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.
Please do not return any item without first contacting our customer support team.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once verified, we’ll provide an appropriate solution, which may include:
- A replacement
- A full refund
- Store credit
If the issue is our responsibility, we will cover any applicable return shipping costs if a return is required.

Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected (when a return is required), refunds are generally processed within 2–3 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If a discount code was applied to your order, the refund will reflect the actual amount paid after the discount.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
