Understand our Return & Refund Policy, what items can/can't be returned and how exchanges are processed.
We get it - sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want to return or exchange. As long as your item(s) were purchased from WoofShield and are still in their original condition, you have up to 30 days to return your item back to us!
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached to be eligible for a return or exchange.
- For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on pet apparel that has been worn or tried on, particularly if there is any possibility of contamination or health-related issues.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Restocking Fee & Shipping Fees
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for returns.
- Original shipping fees of $8.00 are non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping (over $69), a flat $8 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email at support@woofshield.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Please include your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- We will then guide you through the next steps and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Damaged or Defective Items
- In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs in such cases.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item on our website.
Refund Processing
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- If you used a discount code on your original order, your refund will be calculated based on the original discounted price.
