About WoofShield

WoofShield didn’t begin with a business plan. It began with one small dog who completely changed the way I see pet care.

We’ve been walking together almost every day for nearly ten years. Rain or shine, hot summers or snowy winters, our daily walks have always been part of our routine.

One day, during what seemed like an ordinary walk, he suddenly started limping. First it was one front paw, then the other. I stopped and checked carefully but couldn’t find anything unusual. To be honest, I even thought he might just be acting a little dramatic.

A few days later, I realized I was completely wrong. One of his paws had become swollen. He had been licking the wound constantly until it became infected.

That was his very first time wearing an Elizabethan collar, and judging by the look on his face, he absolutely hated it.

That experience taught me something I had never truly understood before: Dogs often hide their pain far better than we realize.

They don’t complain. They don’t tell us something hurts. Many of them simply keep walking because spending time with the people they love matters more than their own discomfort. I promised myself I would start paying closer attention.

Years later, another lesson came during winter.

After one snowy walk, despite wearing a warm winter coat, my dog developed diarrhea that lasted for two days. There was even blood. After a visit to the veterinarian, I learned that snow itself wasn’t the problem—the chemicals and de-icing salts left on sidewalks were.

That was the moment I truly understood how important paw protection is throughout every season, not just in winter.

Today, after nearly a decade together, my little senior dog still pulls me forward every time we go outside. Most people assume he’s much younger than he really is. Whenever I hear that, I smile.

Because I know his energy doesn’t come from luck. It comes from years of daily walks, healthy habits, proper protection, and simply sharing life together.

WoofShield exists because of everything my dog has taught me. Not because I wanted to build another pet brand. But because I wanted more healthy walks, more adventures, and more years together—for my own dog, and for yours.

Thank you for letting us be part of your journey.

Dog Raincoat Fit Guide

Pro Tips for the Perfect Fit:
- Got a fluffy pup or a fresh winter haircut? Since raincoats have no stretch, we recommend adding an extra 1–2 inches (2–5 cm) around the chest for comfort.
Between sizes?
- For leaner dogs: Go with the smaller size to prevent the coat from shifting or sliding.
- For muscular or stocky dogs: Size up to ensure freedom of movement and maximum comfort.
